Nothing on gg is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Posts are the personal opinions of the users who wrote them. Prices, charts, leaderboards, lists, labels and performance figures are information, not recommendations. gg does not know your situation and does not tell you what to buy or sell. If you are unsure, speak to a licensed professional.

Posts are opinions, and callers have an interest

A user who publishes a call may already hold the token, may sell while you are buying, and may earn a share of our fee when you trade from their post (0.25% of the trade value, or 0.5% for top callers). We show this so you can weigh it. Nobody on gg owes you a duty of care. Nobody on gg has been vetted by us as a financial professional.

Past calls are not typical results

The performance shown on a post is how the token's price moved after the post was published, measured from the price we recorded at that moment. It is not the return any user actually made. It ignores fees, slippage, timing and whether anyone sold. Top calls are not typical results. Leaderboards show the best outcomes, not the average one.

You can lose everything you put in

Crypto assets are extremely volatile. Small tokens on gg can lose most or all of their value in minutes. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.

Anyone can create a token

Tokens on gg are not vetted, verified or endorsed by us. A token may be a scam. It may have a hidden transfer tax, a function that blocks selling, a supply controlled by one wallet, fake liquidity, or a contract that can be changed by its deployer. Honeypots exist. A token with the same name and logo as a real project may be a copy. Check the contract address yourself.

Trades are final and may not go as quoted

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Once a trade is confirmed, or executed under trading permissions you enabled, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. The price, output and price impact shown before you confirm are estimates. The amount you receive depends on liquidity, slippage, network congestion and other participants. Trades can fail and still cost gas. Cross-chain trades depend on bridges and can take time or get stuck.

Routing is done by third parties

Your trade is routed through third-party protocols, primarily Relay, and executed on decentralised exchanges and bridges we do not control. Smart contracts can have bugs or be exploited. Networks can halt or reorganise. We cannot recover funds lost to a third-party failure.

You hold your own keys

Your embedded wallet is self-custodial. Privy holds the key material in a way that we cannot access. If you lose your login method, or someone gains access to your email, social account, Telegram or device, they can access your wallet and we cannot help you recover it. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

Trading permissions act without asking you

If you enable trading permissions, trades execute without a confirmation prompt. The signer does not check what is being bought or cap the size of a trade. It follows what you set in gg. Review your settings often and turn trading permissions off when you are not actively using them.

Fees reduce your returns

We charge 1% of trade value on each swap, in addition to network gas fees and any fees charged by the protocols or onramp providers your trade touches. Frequent trading compounds those costs.

Regulation is uncertain

The legal status of crypto assets and of platforms like gg differs between countries and is changing. A change in law may limit or stop our ability to offer the Services where you live, or your ability to use them. Some tokens may be treated as securities or other regulated instruments in your country. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you, including tax rules.

Taxes

Trading, fee share, referral commissions and rewards may be taxable where you live. We do not give tax advice and we do not withhold or report tax for you.
