Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating tokens on, trading on, or otherwise using our Service, youacknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms,you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at our discretion. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date.Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

Eligibility and Compliance

To use gg.xyz, you must meet the following eligibility criteria and compliance requirements. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• Legal Age and Capacity: You are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and are fully able and competent to enter into and abide by these Terms. If you are using gg.xyz on behalf of an entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Sanctioned & Prohibited Countries: You arenot located in, under the control of, or a citizen or resident of any country or region that is subject to trade sanctions, embargoes, or restrictive regulations("Sanctioned & Restricted Jurisdictions"). This includes, but is not limited to, countries such asUSA,North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea, Cuba, or any other country or region that is designated by the laws of Singapore or applicable international authorities as sanctioned or prohibited. You also confirm that you are not identified on any sanctions list and are not an individual or entity with whom business transactions are prohibited under law.
• Compliance with Laws: You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction (and any other jurisdiction applicable to you) when using our Service.It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of gg.xyz is legal in your jurisdictionand does not violate any local or international laws (including but not limited to financial regulations, securities laws, tax laws, or anti-money laundering regulations). Youassume all liability for any consequences of your use of the Service in violation of such laws.

If you do not meet these criteria, youmust not use the Service. We may refuse access to, suspend, or terminate your account or use of gg.xyz at any time if we suspect that you do not meet the eligibility requirements or that your use violates any law or these Terms.

User Acknowledgement of Risks and Assumption of Responsibility

Using gg.xyz involves significant risks. By using our platform, you acknowledge that youassume full responsibility for all risks associated with creating, trading, holding, or interacting with tokens on gg.xyz. This meansany losses or damages you incur are entirely your responsibility, and gg.xyz will not be liable for them. These risks include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Token Trading and Market Volatility: You understand that trading or holding blockchain tokens ishighly speculative and volatile in nature. The value of tokens can fluctuate dramatically over short periods of time, and you may experience sudden and significant increases or decreases in token prices. There is a substantial risk that you could lose some or all of the funds you use to purchase tokens. By using gg.xyz, you accept that all token trades and investments you make are done at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any trading losses. You shouldnever invest more than you can afford to lose.
• Smart Contract and Technical Failures: You acknowledge that interactions on gg.xyz often rely on blockchain technology, including smart contracts (self-executing code on the blockchain).Smart contracts and blockchain protocols may contain bugs, experience errors, or be vulnerable to hacks or exploits. Tokens you create or trade might be governed by smart contracts that could malfunction or be attacked, potentially leading to loss of tokens, inability to access funds, or other unforeseen issues. You also understand that technical problems can occur on our platform or the underlying blockchain networks (such as network congestion, outages, wallet malfunctions, or chain forks), which mayprevent, delay, interfere with, or result in the failure of transactions. You assume all risk for any suchtechnological failures. gg.xyzdoes not guarantee that the platform or the smart contracts it utilizes are error-free or secure, andyou use them at your own risk.
• Security Risks and User Wallet Responsibility:You are solely responsible for the security of your own devices, accounts, and digital wallets.gg.xyz does not custody your tokens; you typically use your own blockchain address or wallet to interact with the Service. You must safeguard your wallet private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and any two-factor authentication devices or codes. If you lose access to your wallet or private keys,lose your login credentials, or if your wallet is hacked or compromised by a third party, you couldpermanently lose access to your tokens.gg.xyz is not responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss of tokens or funds due to your loss of access credentials or unauthorized access to your accounts or wallets. It is your responsibility to use secure practices (such as using reputable wallet software, keeping your credentials confidential, and using security measures to protect against phishing or malware).All transactions you authorize are final and irreversible on the blockchain; gg.xyz cannot reverse mistaken or fraudulent transactions.
• Regulatory and Legal Uncertainty: You acknowledge that the legal and regulatory environment for blockchain tokens and cryptocurrency is uncertain and constantly evolving. Laws and regulations (including tax laws) in various jurisdictions may change at any time or be applied in unpredictable ways to blockchain technology, smart contracts, and token-related activities.Regulatory actions, guidance, or changes in lawcould severely impact the Service or any tokens you create or trade – for example, governments might impose restrictions or bans on cryptocurrency trading, or classify certain tokens as securities or other regulated financial instruments. Such actions couldaffect your ability to use the Service, restrict or prohibit your use or transfer of tokens, and/orreduce or eliminate the value of tokens. Youassume all risk related to regulatory uncertainty. It is your responsibility to stay informed about and comply with any laws and regulations that might affect you, and gg.xyzmakes no representations or warranties regarding the legal status of tokensunder any jurisdiction. If you have concerns about legal compliance or regulatory risk, you should seek professional legal advice.

By acknowledging these risks, you agree thatgg.xyz will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or legal consequences that you incur as a result of these risks. Youuse the platform and any tokens entirely at your own risk. If you are not comfortable with these risks,do not use gg.xyz.

gg.xyz provides a platform for token creation and trading, butwe do not make any guarantees or promises to you regarding these tokens or your use of the Service. By using gg.xyz, you understand and agree to the following disclaimers, which we make to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• No Financial or Investment Advice:Nothing on gg.xyz constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary, andwe do not provide financial advice or recommendationsof any kind. Any information, data, or content available on our website or through the Service is forgeneral informational purposes only. This includes any descriptions of tokens, charts, analytics, or community discussions.You should not make any investment or financial decisions based on information from gg.xyz. If you require professional advice (for example, on whether a token is a good investment or the legal implications of using a token),you should consult a qualified financial advisor, tax consultant, or attorney. Youare solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. The price or market value of tokens ishighly volatile and unpredictable, and tokens may become impossible to sell or exchange.We do not promise that any token will hold its value or increase in value, and it isentirely possible that a token could lose all of its valueover time or suddenly. You acknowledge thatyou are not purchasing or creating tokens on gg.xyz with an expectation of profitguaranteed by us. gg.xyzis not responsible for and has no control over the market forcesthat affect token values.We do not endorse or ensure the quality or legitimacy of any tokenon the platform.Any performance data, charts, or projected values are for illustration only and are not guaranteesof future results. You should be prepared for the possibility thatyou may not be able to sell your tokens at all, or only at a significant loss. gg.xyz shallnot be liable for the market value of tokens or your inability to trade tokenson any secondary market.
• No Expectation of Profit, Return, or Equity: You acknowledge and agree thattokens on gg.xyz are not investments and are not intended to provide you with profits, dividends, or any other financial returns.You have no expectation of profit, income, or return from any tokenthat you create, buy, hold, or sell on our platform. Any token you obtain is for your personal use or enjoyment (for example, utility within an application or community, or collectible value) andnot for speculative investment.Owning a token from gg.xyz does not grant you any equity, ownership, or control in any enterprise, company, or project. For example, buying or holding a tokengives you no stock, share, partnership interest, or voting rightsin gg.xyz or any related project, nor any entitlement to a share of profits or revenues. You further acknowledge thatyou have no expectation of profit derived from the efforts of gg.xyz or any third partyin relation to any token. In other words, gg.xyz is not doing work on your behalf to increase the value of any token, and no third party is obligated to drive token value on your behalf.Tokens are not securities, and by using our Service, you agreenot to treat tokens as an investment contract or a guarantee of future value. You shouldnot expect any token to generate passive income, dividends, or financial returnsfor you. Any perceived value of a token ishighly speculative and not promised by gg.xyz.

The above disclaimers are fundamental to these Terms.No information or communication from gg.xyz or its team(whether written or oral, on the website, via social media, or otherwise) shall create any warranty or representation that contradicts the above. If you are dissatisfied with the Service or uncertain about these disclaimers, yoursole remedy is to stop using gg.xyz.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will gg.xyz or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for anylosses or damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive. This limitation of liability appliesregardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. By using the Service, you agree that:

• No Liability for Risk-Related Losses: gg.xyzwill not be liable for any losses, damages, or harms resulting from the inherent risks of using our platform or dealing with blockchain tokens. This includes, without limitation, anyloss of funds, loss of tokens, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of dataarising out of or related to:market volatility or token price fluctuations,token trading losses,illiquidity or inability to sell tokens,smart contract failures or vulnerabilities,technical issues or downtime,unauthorized access to your account or wallet, orregulatory actions or changes in law that affect your use of the Service.gg.xyz expressly disclaims all liability for losses resulting from these inherent risks, andyou bear full responsibility for any such losses.
• No Liability for Token Value or Performance: gg.xyz isnot responsible or liable for the market value of any token, the existence of a market for any token, or theperformance of any token over time. You acknowledge thatthe value and utility of tokens are beyond our control, and wedo not compensate users for any decrease in token valueor inability to transact tokens. For example, if a token becomes worthless or non-transferrable,that risk and loss falls on you, andgg.xyz will not reimburse you.
• Indirect and Consequential Damages: gg.xyz will not be liable for anyindirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages. This means we are not liable for things likelost profits, lost investment value, lost business, loss of goodwill, or incidental costs(such as costs of procuring substitute services) arising from your use of or inability to use gg.xyz, even if we were advised such damages might occur. We are also not liable for anyconsequential damages related to third-party activities, such as the acts or omissions of other users, third-party service providers (like wallet providers or blockchain networks), or other external events.

By using the Service, you acknowledge thatgg.xyz cannot and will not be held liable for most lossesand that this limitation of liability is areasonable allocation of risk between you and us.If you do not agree to this limitation, you should not use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree toindemnify, defend, and hold harmless gg.xyz, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents(the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and allclaims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, fees, costs, and expenses(including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or relate toyour use of the Service,your violation of these Terms, oryour violation of any law or regulation. This includes, for example, any claim by a third partythat results from:

• Your breach of these Terms or any representation/warranty you provide herein.
• Your creation, distribution, or trading of any token on gg.xyz (including, but not limited to, claims that a token you created infringes someone’s rights or is unlawful).
• Your use of the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rule (for instance, using gg.xyz in a prohibited jurisdiction, or engaging in fraud, intellectual property infringement, illegal gambling, money laundering, or other unlawful activities through the platform).
• Any tax obligations or penalties that arise from your trading or creation of tokens.

gg.xyz reserves the right, at your expense, to assume theexclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You agree not to settle any such matter without the prior written consent of gg.xyz. We will use reasonable efforts to inform you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

This indemnification obligation will survive any termination of your use of the Service or these Terms.In plain terms, if your actions using gg.xyz cause harm to us or others, you may be required to bear the costs associated with that harm.

Termination of Service

gg.xyz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.We may take such action if, for example (without limitation), we suspect that you have violated these Terms,violated any applicable laws or regulations, engaged in conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other users or to gg.xyz, or if we cease to offer the Service. We may also impose restrictions on your use of the Service (such as trading limits or blocking certain features) at our discretion to comply with legal requirements or our own risk management policies.

If you wish to discontinue using the Service, you may simply stop accessing it at any time. You may also delete or stop using any accounts or wallets associated with gg.xyz (bearing in mind that on a blockchain, certain information or token holdings might persist on the public ledger even after you stop using our interface).

Upon any termination or suspension of your access, whether by you or us,your rights to use the Service will immediately cease. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, including our rights to any data or content you submitted to the Service and the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities you have agreed to.Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous provisions) will remain in effecteven after termination.

Please note thatgg.xyz has no obligation to retain any information or content related to your usage of the Service following termination. We encourage you to retain your own backups of any important information (for example, records of your transactions) if you cease using the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) aregoverned by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using gg.xyz, you agree thatany disputes with gg.xyz will be resolved in accordance with Singapore law.

You further agree thatany legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore. You consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore for the purpose of litigating any such action. You also waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by those courts or to that venue, including any objection based on inconvenience.

We make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. If you access gg.xyz from outside of Singapore, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified in a manner that is valid and enforceable and most closely matches the original intent of the provision.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms (along with any additional terms or policies referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy if applicable) constitute theentire agreement between you and gg.xyz regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications between you and gg.xyz, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.No oral or written information or advice given by gg.xyz or its representativesshall create any warranties or obligations other than those expressly stated herein.
• No Waiver: Our failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of gg.xyz.No waiver by gg.xyz of any breach or default by you shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. gg.xyz may freely assign or transfer these Terms (in whole or in part) as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law, or otherwise. These Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
• Force Majeure: gg.xyz shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor conditions, government actions, power or Internet failures, or other events of force majeure.
• Relationship: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and gg.xyz. You and gg.xyz are independent contractors, and neither party has authority to bind the other or act on the other's behalf.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.If you do not agree, you must not use or continue using gg.xyz.
